Greetings from Glacier National Park

This summer I had the pleasure of attending the Glacier Institute’s Invasive Species Symposium for a week. Everything about the park amazed me, from the breathtaking views of the glaciers and the awe-inspiring mountains to the vast and open realm of unadulterated nature to marvel and delight at. Playing around with my buddies at Lake MacDonald, trekking through the mud on a rainy day, or learning about weed species as we pulled weeds, my experience at Glacier certainly exposed me to a completely new side of the world we live in. I certainly won’t forget the ecological knowledge I gained here, and after this experience, I feel better equipped to understand and preserve our ecological diversity and ecosystems.

Sincerely,
Justin
