Both bull moose photos were taken 50 feet west of the parking pull out at the bottom of the rise just south of Jackson Lake Lodge. A group of us were watching the bill, when a noise to our north made the cow and calf pop their heads out of the bushes.

The park also features glacier-carved lakes, a historic district of weathered buildings made by 19th century Mormon homesteaders, and an abundance of wildlife large and small, including nearly 1,000 bison that roam the grassy fields in herds.
