Greetings from Grand Teton National Park

My family & I went on an 8 day camping road trip out west this summer. We saw Mount Rushmore, & hiked devils tower on the way out. Then, traveled through the mountains to get to Yellowstone where we tent camped for 3 nights. We then traveled to the Tetons where we tent camped, as well. This picture was taken in the Tetons on our last day there. Yellowstone is magical & Grand Teton is breathtaking! Being there in the wild nature, your soul feels at home, peaceful & alive! The memories we created & providing my children with a real love of the natural world is a true & absolute gift!

Sincerely,
Alli

Grand Teton National Park

This spectacular destination preserves a dramatic stretch of the Teton Range bordering the Snake River. One of the unusual features of these distinctive mountains is the absence of foothills, meaning that there are no smaller mountains blocking the view. The park also features glacier-carved lakes, a historic district of weathered buildings made by 19th century Mormon homesteaders, and an abundance of wildlife large and small, including nearly 1,000 bison that roam the grassy fields in herds.

State(s): Wyoming

Established: 1929

“They are the only unspoiled places we have left to enjoy our love of the natural world.”
