With its dense vegetation and diverse wildlife, Big Thicket is the perfect destination for the wild at heart. Its diverse habitats, which range from sand hills to swamps, host a wide array of wildlife, including breeding grounds for many native animals, such as the American alligator, blue crab and roseate spoonbill.
