Kings Canyon is one of the deepest canyons in the United States. The national park features the graceful peaks of the Sierra Crest as well as the majestic General Grant Grove of giant sequoias with some of the tallest trees on Earth. The park is managed jointly with Sequoia National Park, which lies just south of Kings Canyon.

Land of Giants

The Redwood Mountain Grove at Kings Canyon National Park contains more than 15,000 mature sequoias, the largest remaining natural grove of these trees in the world.
