Christine R. Goepfert

She has worked for NPCA since 2011 leading our efforts at Voyageurs and Isle Royale National Parks, as well as at the other northernmost parks in the Midwest region. Her work on the “Stop Carp Coalition” helped wage a successful campaign to keep Asian carp from the waters of Mississippi National River Recreation Area and the Upper Mississippi River. She has been visiting national parks for as long as she can remember, and her favorite is South Dakota’s Wind Cave National Park.
