Colin Deverell

He started at NPCA in 2016 and is working to implement our goals in Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore, Pullman National Monument, and the broader Calumet region. Colin studied political science at Oregon State University and spent several years immersed in land use and urban transportation policy in Portland. Most recently, he staffed the elected council of Metro, that area’s unique regional government, which among many duties oversees and manages more than 16,000 acres of voter-approved natural area acquisitions.
