Park Fort Larned National Historic Site This U.S. Army frontier post was part of the history of the Indian Wars along the Santa Fe Trail from 1859 to 1878. Today, visitors can experience living history with reenactments, educational programs, weapons demonstrations and ranger-guided tours of this well-preserved site.
