National parks are uniquely threatened by climate change. Unchecked development further weakens parks by polluting the air and water, severing wildlife corridors, and changing the very land itself.

Experts agree that we must protect 30% of our lands and waters by 2030 to defend against habitat and biodiversity loss, and the worst impacts of climate change.
