Nature Valley has donated $50,000 to NPCA to support the advancement of the next generation of park advocates – and the important park protection work ahead! – by funding impact initiatives led by members of our young leaders councils and Next Generation Advisory Council.
Partners since 2009, National Parks Conservation Association and Nature Valley are working together throughout 2021 to advance leadership opportunities for the next generation of park advocates. Nature Valley has donated $50,000 to NPCA to fund the expansion and amplification of our young leaders councils and Next Generation Advisory Council.
Throughout the summer and fall, our council members will be working on impact initiatives ranging from the creation of park guides to hosting local community events and even launching a podcast and a magazine! The initiatives intend to create greater accessibility to park sites across the nation while bringing calls-to-action and information about national park protection to new audiences.
